Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@festilostore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
